Laptop Refurbishment Technician – Join the Team at PURE IT Refurbished

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Location: Deans Industrial Estate, Livingston
Hours: 8am – 4.30pm Mon–Thurs | 8am – 12.30pm Fri
Start: ASAP | Contract: Full-time, permanent

We’re PURE IT Refurbished – one of the UK’s leading IT refurbishment companies. From our facility in Livingston, we supply top-quality refurbished laptops to schools, businesses and public sector organisations across the country.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for 3 or 4 hands-on, reliable people to join our team as Laptop Refurbishment Technicians.

If you like working with tech, enjoy solving practical problems, and want to build a career in IT hardware, this could be just the opportunity you’re looking for.

What the job involves:

• Testing laptops – running functionality checks, visual inspections and stress tests

• Grading devices according to our cosmetic standards

• Replacing screens and panels to bring devices up to a “like new” condition

• Swapping and testing internal components – SSDs, RAM, batteries, keyboards etc.

• Stripping down and rebuilding laptops

• Keeping your workspace organised and following clear procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who’s organised, on time, and gets stuck in

• A keen eye for detail – this is precision work

• No previous experience needed – we’ll give you all the training you need

• A good attitude and a genuine interest in how things work
